GREEN6 Power Module Based Charger

The GREEN6 charger from FSIP offers a long list of features that make it the perfect charger for forklifts, large pallet jacks and other material handling vehicles. The UL-listed GREEN6 charger is a power module based, high-frequency, 3-phase charger that offers flexibility and scalability. Available in 24, 36 and 48 volt versions, the power module system is customizable for current ranges from 50 to 150.

In the event that one power module stops functioning, the remaining modules will continue to charge, just at a slightly lower current. This allows the operation to keep running. The power modules are easy to replace and can be remanufactured at a fraction of the cost of a new unit.

The GREEN6 features a USB port for programming and downloading historical data and graphs regarding the charge cycles, including current and voltage. The charger records a data sample every six seconds, and is able to save a total of 54,000 samples. That’s the equivalent of 90 hours of charging!

Four LED status lights provide a quick visual on the status of the charger and a digital display shows the battery voltage and current, battery type, charging curve, amp hours charged, charging time and the current charging phase.
