First, apologies for the very late reply. Our blog has been low on activity from us for a while, but we are changing that.
Now, your problem is most likely because our motors need to be paired with the FX503 or 1268 Controllers. Other controllers are typically not field mapped or programmed correctly for them. If more details are needed, feel free to call us at 1-800-333-1194
